I'm on day 3 of Venetoclax and noticed last night I had small red slightly raised spots on hands. Faded a bit this morning. It's my only side effect so far. Should I be concerned. I've taken dose this morning and wondered if I should call Haematologist but a bit reluctant as already spent best part of 2 days there with bloods and observations etc. Any advice most welcome.

I would definitely call them. They might want to run more bloods. I know it's tiring and annoying with all the hospital visits but it's a very powerful drug and you want to be safe. It's probably nothing worrying but I would call.
Further to Poodles reply you should also send a photo to your CNS.

I developed a hematoma, bleeding under the skin. Also on day 2. Medication was discontinued. I also was in the hospital. Contact your physician.
