Has anyone with CLL on Acalabrutinib been prescribed Propafenone to counter highpertension and fast pulse?

I was given the option by the cardiologists I saw in ER for atrial fibrilation. for now, I take 2.5 mg of Sandoz Bisoprolol once a day. and had to half my Acalabrutinib dose.

It was thought that I had developed AFIB after an accident last year. I was initially prescribed Bisoprolol along with Apixaban. My pluses rate went haywire after only three days of Bisoprolol and it was stopped. When I eventually saw a cardiologist, she said that it was unlikely but not impossible that I could have intermittent AFIB and it wouldn't hurt to continue the Apixaban. I haven't to my knowledge had any more incidents. I am 71 and in UK.
