13q deletion and 12 trisomy

I would like to see the response from CLL fellow members who are having markers: 13q deletions and 12 trisomy since my wife also has the same genetic marker so I want to know how is the progression to others, treatment types, and remission experiences etc. Her WBC is increasing linearly and reached 65. Others parameters are almost normal except lymphocyte and WBC.

Hi, there seems to be quite a few related posts in right hand side of the page where this has been mentioned before. Hope you find something appropriate. All the best

I am 13q14 deletion and Trisomy 12 mutated. Is your wife mutated or unmutated?

The result is like this: Probe Rearrangement Result ATM 11q22 deletion Negative CEP12 Trisomy 12 POSITIVE D13S319/D13S25 13q14.3 deletion POSITIVE TP53 17p13.1 deletion Negative. Trisomy 12 is recurrently seen in

multiple lymphoid neoplasms including CLL, mantle cell lymphoma, and follicular lymphoma. In the setting of CLL it is associated with an intermediate prognosis.

The signal pattern observed for the D13S319/D13S25 probe showed a 13q deletion in 50% of nuclei.

This is the result I still could not found whether muted or not?

The IGHV hyper-mutational status is done via a separate test.

I'm not the expert on this. I think it might be indicated by heavy chain or light chain in results but from there someone else needs to chime in. You should make sure you know that from whom ever diagnosed you. That is important information to have.
