Do you lose weight in the first weeks

I suspect you will find others that either gained weight (treatment may have shrunk their spleen and reduced other symptoms) and those like me that lost weight (mild gastro issues).

I did, yes. Around 7Ibs, then it stabilised and has stayed around there. Not sure if it’s the drug itself or if my big spleen and lymph nodes reducing played a part 🤔

I lost weight before treatment and have now gained 6lbs. This to me shows treatment is working.
