Hi Sami872368,

-

I see you joined us today, and we want to help you in every way we can.

There are tons of resources here.

For example there is a box on this page labeled "Related Posts" where you can read the stories of other members in similar position to yours.

We also have another box labeled "Pinned Posts" that have great ways to learn how to use this site and learn about CLL. It often takes weeks or months of reading to get comfortable with the terms and medical procedures used by the NHS and similar organizations.

You may want to start with this, and save it so you can come back often to read more - it takes many sessions to digest all the links :

Your mum probably was told she won't be treated, but is in Watch & Wait

Please come back often, and ask as many questions as you wish. If you provide any information about your mum, make certain to restrict your post to this community to keep that data off Google.

Hello and welcome to our community 😊. Hugs! I'm so sorry to hear your family has this to deal with. In our family, I am the mom with CLL. My daughter, husband, and this community are my sources of strength and expertise!

Your reaching out on this site shows me that your mom has a great resource in you. God bless you. I'm so greatful for my daughter.

I see you've already got wonderful sound advice from Len and Jammin. Please visit this site as often as you need. Give yourself time to learn. This isn't easy to do because you want to make it go away...CLL is chronic. You have time to arm yourself with knowledge to be the best resource you can for yourself and your mom.

We're all here to help in whatever way we are able. Your family is not alone in this.

Thanks to new generation treatments and ongoing clinical studies, we can live with CLL. Our future is getting brighter. There is hope. Take care. Stamphappy
