I was allowed paracetamol (known as brand name tylenol in the USA) whilst on Ibrutinib. It’s anti-inflammatory meds which are contra-indicated.

Unless you have liver problems where your doc doesn't want you to take liver metabolized meds, Tylenol for pain should be fine. Check with your doctor to be sure.
