Thank you for all the important information you have responded with. However, I see that I mistakenly wrote hyperechoic my results were hypoechoic which is not necessarily a good finding. Thanks and blessings to all.

Ppreauricular Lymph Nodes
Hi 313313,
-
I'm sorry that you have not gotten any replies to your 3rd posting on the same subject. You may want to combine them into a single post so readers can see the full story / thread in one place.
-
If you want to do that, please copy the 2nd post and paste it as a reply to the first post, and do the same with this 3rd post. It may feel strange to answer your own post, but that way the other members will know the full story.
-
As a comment to this post hyperechoic my results were hypoechoic, I am not aware that having the suspected node be more or less dense / reflective of the Ultra Sound waves is a troubling indication.

Getting the results of the biopsy or node excision will be the best way to learn if the node is enlarged due primarily to CLL cells or some other types of cells.
