Try magnesium glycinate 400 mg twice a day. One in morning & one at bedtime. Could take a week to work. Mine worked 2nd day. Put a small bar of Ivory soap under fitted sheet by your calf area. Worked for me. I am off magnesium after 4 months! 🙂

I use the magnesium pills as above but I also have Ancient Mineral magnesium oil which at first sign of a cramp starting I spray it on and massage it in and it usually stops the cramp within a few minutes.Jack

They say “Ocean water contains high levels of magnesium, which is easily absorbed by the skin and has been shown to improve skin elasticity. There is strong evidence that it is useful in managing acne, rosacea, and other skin conditions. A good soak in that salty puddle will leave you with smooth, hydrated skin”. thanks 🙏🏽 for your reply

Iron Deficiency Anemia can cause cramping. Please have your electrolyte levels checked before you take any supplements, however.

How is your stretching program as IF I shortcut the stretch I PAY

This was especially important when I bicycled and swam as a good pedal form is difficult to keep at the same time as a good flutter kick in swimming

Hello.I am not an expert in any way, but my husband’s CLL consultant has recently said that his calcium is a bit low and he said that can cause cramps. Maybe worth getting that checked.

( my mum, bless her, always said to put a cork in your bed, by your feet, 🤣)

Good luck,

I had really bad nite leg cramps while sleeping mostly near the ankles or shins … pain would bolt me out of bed! Cured it with 400mg magnesium taken in the evening. Tried cutting back to 200mg but the darn cramps returned.

Also … upped my banana intake (to one a day), my pups like bananas too added abit to their diet. Bananas has magnesium plus is a good source of potassium and calcium. That's three out of four nutrients to help ease muscle cramps.

Read up on the previous reply to place a cork in bed … a few Googled articles says it works for curing cramps !!! That idea blew me away. A non- supplement one… probably harmless to try ? It’s 😆 funny.

I’d always check with your doc before you dive into supplements use if it’s good for your situation and how much to take, etc.

Good luck getting rid of the cramps. Great pic btw, where is that at?
