Spoiler alert: fatigue is a very complicated issue and requires a thorough investigation by a determined medical team to sort out all the possible causes including infections ( bacterial, viral or fungal), autoimmune complications, anemia, etc. Treatment for CLL should be improving fatigue, and side effects from targeted therapies is possible, but lots of other treatable causes need to be considered and eliminated.

I can't answer that question. I am taking Alacabrutinib however I have good and bad days for fatigue. Not an extreme case of it though. One thing I have noticed is after a little over a year of taking Alacabrutinib I stopped having bruising. Maybe there is hope.
