I get extreme fatigue and dont believe it means progression. I do what is right for me. If I am having a bad day I go along with it and sleep or rest. If your Mum is being treated she will be monitored. It is a case of learning how to manage the fatigue. Some days are better than others. I hope your Mum does well on this treatment. Anne uk
