Hi .Haven't post in a while. Got some Lymphedema going on in my leg. It has really gotten me down. I'm trying to get my primary Dr to be more sympathetic. Maybe one day he will. It's very painful 😣

Bladee, sorry to hear that you are having trouble with lymphedema. What is your doctor recommending that you do? Does anything help? Maybe others will have advice for you. Are you still doing well with ibrutinib? I certainly hope so!

Yes,gardening -girl I'm still taking inbruvica. My primary dr says nothing will help the pain. I have since found out about brushing my skin upward, so I'm going to try that. My oncologist sent me to lymphedema clinic but nothing too much happened there. Not moving my legs is the only thing that really helps, sadly. I do take pain medication once daily, so I will see. Thanks

It must be confusing to deal with lymphedema alongside CLL. For CLLers, we equate swollen lymph with disease burden, but I don't know if it's the same here. I wonder if you have seen this list of treatments that focus on reducing the swelling and controlling the pain? They encourage lymph fluid drainage. mayoclinic.org/diseases-con...

I hope you feel better soon!
