Overcoming resistance to BCR inhibitors

This is an interesting paper particularly because of the counterintuitive approach: If the brake stops working, what is one to do? Floor it! Perhaps this will lead to a third major category of therapeutics besides BCR and bcl-2 inhibitors.

Interesting, a different kind of checkpoint inhibitor approach. I guess it will be some time before this is trialled in patients, but research like this is needed to find new and better therapies.
