If I understand it correctly MABs are good for a specific variant. Another variant - and they are not useful. Then they can keep a patient alive long enough to become a source of a new mutation but not save him in the end. This is how the Kent variant came into existence. So don't rely on MABs. If you get sick, get a MAB and hope for the best. Just don't think they are a cure. Far from it.
