I recall commernts by Dr. Susan LeClair and Dr. Furman that testing T-cells and IGG antibodies for their activity against a specific virus / disease is extremetly difficult. And, since I am suspected of having CTCL, I have learned that testing for cancerous T-cells is challenging, most diagnoses take years to be confirmed.

It would take me some time & effort to dig out the specific references / links but both were part of separate discussions on why the commercially available tests for COVID-19 Vaccination efficacy in CLL patients are not thought to be accurate / predictive for us.

I believe there are studies ongoing both sides of the Atlantic, but the focus is usually wider than CLL patients. The Tel Aviv study on 167 CLL patients already reported on antibody responses, the most useful data we have so far eurekalert.org/pub_releases... and according to this article they plan to look at T cell response too.
