Who is exempt from the vaccine

Hi everyone as we been hearing that there would be people who will not be able to have the vaccine , does any one know the categories I.e if some one has allergies to certain medications like antibiotics would that make them exempt

I have a friend who’s husband is in a nursing home here in FL and his doctor refuses to let him have any of the Covid vaccines due to severe allergies. She has had hers and is tested twice a week as she goes to to feed him almost daily. He is tested 3x a week.

I am undergoing treatment and my hematologist has told me not to get the vaccine
