I have a numbing/tingling sensation in thumb and fingers of both hands at times. Usually several times over a two or three day period, then a break for several days. When I experience the problem, my thumb may be numb and inflexible for several minutes. I slower try to close my fist and eventually the spell ends. Bp

You have a pinched nerve in your neck. If you can’t see a chiropractor or get a massage go on YouTube and find yoga exercises for neck and shoulders. Yoga with Adriene is very good.

Admin Edit: Agatesup please consult your doctor before attempting to remedy undiagnosed medical issues by using YouTube exercises. There could be a multitude of reasons for these symptoms.
