Advice for newly diagnosed CLL patient please,

I am new here , a reasonably fit 76year old woman went for a blood test and found to be diagnosed with CLL , . I would like to know how I Can help myself, if that is possible or is it a waiting period. Please help.

Welcome....it is shocking in the beginning but hopefully you will be on Watch & Wait many years and not need treatment for a long time. Do u live in the USA? 💕

You are doing the right thing by seeking out to educate yourself about CLL. There are so many new treatments for CLL that educating yourself will be very important. I suggest going to the CLL Society Website as a starting point. This forum is also excellent- with many useful and informative links. My advice is to take a deep breath, educate yourself, and find a doctor who is an expert with CLL.
