How are you differentiating "vein pain" from the Calquence known side effects of muscle pain/spasm or joint pain/swelling? And if it truly is vein irritation, a swelling of, say, a knee joint or a calf muscle spasm might impede blood flow to the point of aggravating varicose veins.

Thank you. I haven’t had joint pain and fairly confident it is varicose. Ice and elevation helps for a while which I am doing often.
