You have severity level 3 (just) neutropenia, so you are at increased risk of bacterial and fungal infections, but no indications of blood cancer. Do you have reason to believe you have CLL or another blood cancer?

There are many possible reasons why your neutrophil count is low, the most likely of which is that you have an infection.

thanks for your reply. I was told I have a uti. Could that explain it?

Yes, as I said, an infection could cause this.

If you are of non European extraction then this level of neutrophils may be normal for your ethnic origin. It's impossible to interpret these results without more information.
