I have CLL and am using far infrared for lower back issues and neuropathy. It has the ceramic discs. Is this a problem?

Your best place for advice for this is your Dr. I don't believe any alternative measures like that are mentioned as something to avoid in the Ibutinib info inserted with your medication, however, there may be a problem with whatever it is you are using and CLL itself? I do not know.

It sounds like you may be using a a heating pad I once saw with the ceramic circular inserts and not the infrared sauna. There was some claims of the heating pad not being true infrared. Again, though I don't know if that is true or not.

Ask your Dr.

Does it help with your issues? I have an infrared lamp at home which we purchased years ago as it was said to help with blocked sinuses, minor joint pains, subcutaneous inflammation etc. So we used it a few times but I never felt it made a difference. Stopped using it.

Hi I used my infrared sauna at least 4 or 5 days a week for 5 years while on watch and wait. It was great for releasing my nodes but obviously only a temporary thing..It does get your lymph moving and it helped me sleep I still get in it to sweat and do theraband workouts

You just feel really good when u get out

I have a far infrared heating pad but it uses jade & tourmaline discs, I don't know about the wavelengths from ceramic. Plus, like every other electric device, some emit a lot of EMF's that aren't really good for you.
