Leg lumps

I am on the Flair Trial Ibrutinib/venetoclax for about 20 months had numerous side effects all manageable however these last few months I have developed a number of what I can only describe as small lumps and bumps under the skin of my legs they are not painful although I do get a lot of night cramps in my legs , is anyone else having this side effect,having been examined by my specialist he seems not be to concerned! What do you think?
