UK CLL Forum is the special interest group for medical doctors in UK with an interest and working in the clinical field of CLL management. They have partnered with CLL Support (who moderate this site) and Leukaemia Care to promote a survey and provide information support.

The survey - are inviting CLL patients in the UK to take part in a survey, which will be left open for the foreseeable future. I completed this yesterday, but unfortunately it kept telling me the date was invalid and wouldn't let me submit it. I realised today that perhaps the date was required in US format - month/date/year rather than date/month/year as we write it in UK. I made the change and was able to submit it. Sharing this in case others have the same issue.
