Stay home and protect yourself and everyone else, especially all our health workers and the vulnerable

Nothing else to say really.

Sound sentiments Jackie and a cute picture that says it all.

Sadly some people are thinking this is the perfect opportunity to get friends and relatives together at home and therefore missing the whole point of it!

I know, it's madness.

I can see lock down coming because not all people are listening. :(

Take care Newdawn x

I am self isolating with my wife and daughter reading guidelines this morning it says sleep in different beds and stay 2 mitres apart which seems excessive we could do that as we have space but I have been happy with all being together as long as when one of them goes out that take measures and they are taking it seriously now sitting in my garden this morning shorts on enjoying the sun and much needed vit d I take it I can still enjoy my garden etc and this virus is not airborne

I'm now sleeping in a separate room.

I do think it's an important mitigating step as you are in such close proximity, even in a big bed.

Stay safe

I hadn't thought about that Jackie, although my husband and son have been self isolating with me for the past week, and they will continue to do so, so maybe I don't need to move into the spare room for now. Unless it's to escape the snoring... 😟

Stay well.

Hi Jackie, love yours and Pooh’s sound advice!! We are onto our 4th week on lockdown and 40% are not taking it seriously, hence our very sad death rate on the rise!!

Here’s hoping that people start listening and learn from our mistakes!!

We are now going to have the army and police patroling our streets!

Here’s to hope!!

Keep safe

Sharna xx

I was thinking of Winnie the Pooh yesterday and Piglet. He always thought the sky was falling in.

Well it is at the moment but we can survive this. Change your life habits, be so careful and remember social exclusion is depressing but death is worse. Your decision.

I figure this is going to be 3 months here is the US. Surprisingly we seem to be a little behind on everything. My day job, (software test engineer at a nuclear power plant), has allowed me to work from home. The winery is a little harder to stay away from. We have not stopped the farming part of the operation. Here in Wisconsin, we have one case 40 miles away and a few more 100 miles. Like I said our testing is behind so thats probably not saying much.

I'm just thinking how we will manage self isolation when there are no online shopping deliveries available for the next three weeks and the shops are empty anyway. We cannot run around 5 different stores to just get the basics to feed the family.
