Sore throat

Sore throat, congestion, no fever since last Monday, haven't been to Doc yet.

I am on watch and wait and exact same symptoms as you for about 10 days. Seems to be getting better now though. Not sure what it was.

Same here, sore throat and catarrh ... I had the same symptoms throughout January.

Throat spray, cough bottle ... the occasional lemsip.

I have same. Plus cough. Since last Tuesday. Went to GP on Friday. We are still treating it as allergies or virus. But he did give me an antibiotic prescription if I got worse to keep me from having to come back in. I went ahead and got it filled yesterday; not to use right away but to have on hand I in case it gets harder to see the doctor and/or get prescriptions filled. It is sitting in my medicine cabinet and I am riding out the cold/ allergies. I am already allergic to penicillin and sulfa, do don’t want to use anything too much to have them not work anymore! Like you, no fever since last week. It is always a good idea for us CLL’ers to have an antibiotic on hand.

I have some antibiotics from oncologist, told not to use them unless I talked with them first, still sitting in drawer

Feeling same past week and half but pollen count extreme so hoping that’s it.
