I've taken vancomycin for c-diff for 15 days and dock say more tapering down. Don't think he realizes the CLL factor, though I told him... I'm so afraid of bowel bleed... scared to take another 14 days... anyone dealt with C-Diff?

Mmm if you doctor wants you to take extra antibiotics for c diffiile he may we’ll be showing he understands the CLL factor. Did you test positive for CDIF? If so you want rid of it for good so taking it for a bit longer makes sense. In my experience CLL patients often need longer lengths of antibiotic treatments to get rid of an infection or else it will often come straight back if the antibiotics is stopped too soon.
Butitisme, it sounds like you have had a rough time lately. I had C-diff a little over a year ago. Worst diarrhea I have ever experienced in my life! Landed in the hospital for 3 days on 2 different IV antibiotics. Sent home with Vancomycin and probiotics. I was told to complete the whole bottle of Vancomycin to ensure C-diff did not come back. I happily did so because I definitely didn't want it to come back. I was also on the BRAT Banana, rice, 🍎 sauce, toast) diet for about a week after getting out of hospital. Hope this helps.
I had Cdiff a few years back 3 weekends in a row. The second time I was taken by ambulance to hospital for 5 days, undiagnosed and sent home with antibiotics. I stopped taking these as I felt like they were contributing to my feeling so unwell, as I had been taking them for a while before I had become sick. A nurse friend of mine suggested it may be Cdiff which was later confirmed on the 2nd stool sample. On the 3rd weekend, after some research and having spoken to my hematologist and getting sick again I contacted my local doctor and asked for Flagyl. I had almost immediate relief with this antibiotic.
I hope you are feeling better because I know it is a truly horrible thing to have.
