I've been on Imbruvica now for a few months and am showing more signs of Small to Medium size blotches around my neck, arms and back. Any recommendations to treat them.

Thanks Rosa

of they are not itchy i would do nothing. I had bouts of this early on and a 2 week period when it covered my entire body. after a couple of months totally gone.

I had such “hyperpigmentation” spots in the same area for a few months while on acalabrutinib. Derm said it was not vascular, but more likely a reaction “to something the skin doesn’t like.” They resolved and reappeared elsewhere on the head and face, only to resolve again. After a while they've stopped altogether.

Are you still on Acalabrutinib?

Yes, 3 years and doing well . Near complete response, hovering at 5.00 ALC for a year or more. No discernible side effects. Recent heart workup revealed no arrhythmia.

Complete response meaning mrd negative?

Not MRD-. Acala is not likely alone to produce MRD neg. the trial defines complete response as no splenomegaly, no nodes over 1.0, and ALC less than 4.0. I have met the spleen and node criteria. Not quite the ALC.
