In a word...No. Ibrutinib can strongly and adversely react with some preparations and it’s a bit of a minefield. Healthy eating, plenty of rest and as much exercise as is possible is what he’ll need.
I’m on Ibrutinib and am very careful what I take with it which includes no oranges, grapefruit, liquorice and a number of other formal meds. Always check with his doctor before supplementing.
Best wishes,

Even most marmalades are a No-No (seville orange!). It's a minefield; so take notes and even a scribe with you to the meeting to be sure you have your doctor's Go/No-Go foods and supplements clearly understood.
Since there's absolutely zero evidence that homeopathic preparations have any positive curative powers for blood-cancers then you're 'playing with fire' if you add those items into the medicinal mix.
Good luck in this CLL-journey.

I use many homeopathic remedies but during my chemo, I was off them all. So for Ibrutinib, you definitely need to stay away from them.
I continued to go to acupuncture.
Good luck! 💕
