Watch and Wait, also known as Active Monitoring, based on the finding decades ago that early treatment didn't extend survival time. That initial protocol after diagnosis might be about to change for some of us (depending on our prognostic markers), if recent trials with new non-chemo drugs show an advantage to commencing treatment earlier.
