I was diagnosed in November 2018 and could really have done with speaking to others with the condition. I am trying to start a support group. Where are you in the UK? I am in East Yorkshire.

This is how you lock a post so ONLY members on the Forum can see it and not Google searches at large.

I am also interested in local support groups. They are popping up here and there, buddy schemes too.

I have a feeling there is a support group in your neck of the woods, try searching the posts for support groups and Yorkshire...

Hello, suggest you contact CLL Support and ask to be put in touch with the Trustee lead for support groups who will help you. If you don’t already have their contact details check out their website

Thank you will remember to lock posts. But I can't see where to lock posts??

To lock it retrospectively, you’ll see ‘more’ at the bottom of your post. Click on it and edit will come up as part of the menu. CLick that and you’ll see the option to change a tick from ‘everyone’ to ‘only members of this community’. Change the tick to the second one and repost.

A little padlock will appear on the post.

The same when you make a post. Just remember to change the little tick over. It’s only your own main post you can lock. When replying to others, the status of the reply i.e. locked or unlocked depends on whether the author has locked the post you are responding to.
