So, even though I am on my second round of treatment I find lots of references in the posts here that I don't understand. So I'm hoping that someone can point me towards a list of these markers and references that I'm guessing come from blood testing and other tests ,,,,... or if someone would be nice enough to take the time to post list of the things that they think are important and what they indicate.

What I'm referring to are things like the following

deletions unmutated and mutated

T...53

13q14.3

IGHV mutated

13q, unmutated

confirmed 17P

thanks in advance for any help, and I hope everyone is doing as well as they can

Michael

Michael, the following Pinned Post may be helpful for an overall view and there is another Pinned Post or two that give some definitions.

Cllady has provided you with an excellent pinned post that will answer your questions, but as you'll discover, being on Ibrutinib, those markers really aren't a concern for you.

can I ask when a CLL patient typically gets tested for these mutations ?

UK health system (i.e. NHS), but health is devolved in each of the 4 countries. I live in Northern Ireland and where possible we follow NICE guidelines however there are severe financial and political constraints here currently! Perhaps I should check NICE for management of CLL.
