What is rx in this context please? Is it a prescription? Are you having CLL treatment?

I think you’ll need to share more information to get advice Stelladoro. Are you on a PPI like omprezole?

Sorry dexilant and zantac.....I'm on gluten free which has helped alot

2 years ago I lost 21 pounds 155 to 134...I thought it was because of diet change maybe SLL ..??? That really helped my IBS and digestion. Now the indigestion is bad again I'm just wondering if this is common with SLLOR CLL. Thanks

I didn’t suffer with indigestion until I started treatment on Ibrutinib & Venetoclax. It wasn’t an issue for me but maybe others have experience to share.

Best wishes,

Newdawn

I have similar symptoms occasionally; and am not on any CLL treatment, but my spleen is quite enlarged and possibly pushing on the stomach, etc.

Best wishes to you.

Whenever I feel an odd symptom from the "gut", as well as when I start to feel the coming of a "cold", I immediately consume some aged cheese like Swiss or Cheddar. If it is more then my imagination, it could be the action of the bacteria in the aged cheese on the "gut biom". This is a relatively new and rapidly developing sector of medicine: The bacteria and other organisms within our digestive system and their actions, even on our brain function. In France are investigations about the benefits of bacteria in Camenbert cheese on Parkinson which is a brain-neurologic issue. The different types of fiber in vegetable are also being studied for their effect on the bacteria in the digestive system.

Hi Stelladoro, if you're on Imbruvica, as I am, you might likely experience side effects of GERD (acid reflux i.e., gas, feelings of gas or "stuckness" in chest - like you need to burp, nausea, or coughing). Not everyone gets all of this and with some people it does get a little better and side effects either lighten up or go away -- mine has "lightened up" a little. Hoping it just goes away on its own. Patting quickly on upper ribcage/chest area (as we do with babies on their back) after some gingerale helps me a lot.

be well,
