Update/have to stop looking stuff up!

My husband had another Gazyva treatment today.

Turns out his numbers are down, but we were told that is to be expected, the numbers should get better.

He also had an ultrasound sound. We found out he has hep A (new)

Also has hepatocellular disease( new) .

He is retaining fluid in the abdomen.

I can’t stop looking stuff up on the internet. Sort of making me crazy with worry. I know I have to stop.

My husband wrote to the Dr. to get an appointment as soon as possible to go over everything.

I get it! I was researching like crazy which made me feel a little nutty. I really only come here now. There is a benefit to knowing what is happening, could happen, etc. but the balance is tough. I hope you get some answers.

Thank you. I feel better this morning, I guess I needed some rest too.

I was the same way. This website at times may seemed skewed with people relating bad news all the time. So I had to take a break from reading about everybody else’s problems. Keep in mind that people don’t come here to report when they are traveling , going to parties, barbecues, movies, dinners, gardening and generally having fun.

Yesterday we went to a museum park and had a nice day day after treatment . So live goes on with CLL.

Hep A is better to have than Hep B and C . I am sure it will resolve.

I know what you mean about looking stuff up ..,,,just take a break from it., you will come back stronger

Thank you for your response. The Dr. wrote back saying he was not too concerned with the HepA and the liver should get better. My husband has two Gazyva treatments left. His neutaphills have gone up, platelets are down.
