I just learned of zanubrutinib. Does anyone know if it is purported to have fewer cardiac side effects than acalabrutinib? I can't find anything on line concerning this.
Thank,
Rich

I had a heart attack in 2015 after my first full round of obinutuzumab — although that treatment didn't cause it . My three main arteries were blocked and I had stents put in. I remember my haematologist saying that BGB-3111 (Zanubrutinib) was a better choice for me as a cardiology patient than Ibrutinib because it had less effect on platelets. This doesn't really answer your question because I have no knowledge of Acalabrutinib as a comparison but certainly I was told Z was better than Ibrutinib from that perspective.
