Has anyone lost weight on venetoclax?

Come to think of it when I was on V it was hard for me to gain weight. Now that I’m off I am gaining weight. So it appears that V can help with weight loss.

I know of other people that had lymph nodes in their stomach shrink and as a result they had a bigger stomach so they gained a bunch of weight .

For me gaining a bit of weight is a good sign and that it means by CLL is not active hopefully.

Yes, I have gone from 166 to 163 (I am a 5 10 male), and I can't seem to get the pounds back. I have been on venetoclex 4 weeks plus 2 400 mg dosages.

My alc is under 2000, but my hemoglobin is only around 11 and worse than it was two weeks ago.

How about you?
