Let me rephrase my question. Has anyone had their Oncologist lower their Imbrutinib dosage from 420 mg daily due to skin problems?

I guess there is not enough data yet, that can back up the safety of lowering dosis. Ofcourse sometimes, due to severe side effects, your specialist will discuss this options.

I am sure there is much research going on regarding this item.

See what Jeff Sharman attributes on lowering dosis of Ibrutinib.

Take care!
