Ibrutinib results

I am entering my fourth month of treatment. I saw my CLL specialist last Wednesday and the wbc have decided to go down after three months of rising. I feel better and hopeful as my Dr says it is doing exactly what we want it too. I will check in with her in two months and pray we are still on our way down. Brenda USA

I am just starting month three so I am following you. Since I have IVIG every four weeks my labs are done and I see my doctor as well at that time.....please keep me posted.....so far I am doing great. I do have Petechiae from time to time and tiny red spots on upper legs and back....nothing to be concerned about. All the best to you. 😍☘️🙏💕

It must be hard to watch your WBC rising once you start treatment. I know that it is the usual result of starting Ibrutinib, but dealing with that must be similar to processing watch and wait. It is so counterintuitive. I'm glad that your count has taken a turn downward now.
