There are several different companies in the USA pursuing CAR-T treatments in many trials but since the first 3 CLL patient results were reported in 2013 from U Penn, the results in CLL have been underwhelming. CAR-T has proven to be very effective in other Leukemias and Lymphomas especially the acute and difficult to treat variants, but not so much in CLL. There are some trials attempting to reactivate part of the immune system to make CAR-T more successful in CLL.
