My wife had some Multiple Subcentimeteric Sized normally enhancing lymphnodes along mesentery of average size apx. 12x9 mm.

I gather your wife doesn't have a diagnosis of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia (CLL), so this community really can't help you. I suggest your wife ask her doctors about those nodes, particularly if the carcinoma was near the swollen nodes.
I'll switch off replies to your post, so you don't get misleading responses unless you confirm your wife has a CLL diagnosis.

Please speak to your doctor as they have all your wife’s medical history, scans and results. We wish you and your wife well.
