Sounds good Nick... under 30K lymphocyte counts will bounce around a lot... so expect fluctuations.. they aren,t really related to CLL in early stages, rather just the immune system doing its job.
I had two blood draws a few hours apart at two different hospitals and my absolute lymphocyte count [ALC] had a difference of 12K... not sure if it was a passing bug or a lab error.. my hemetologists said forget it. A few months later my counts were back up where expected...
Look at the big picture of bloodwork over time months and often years to see CLL trends and progression...
Let us know what your doc says... 😁

Indeed good news, though your lymphocyte drop is likely swamped by variations from other influences other than your CLL. Basic test variability for lymphocyte counts is +/-0.5 on the same blood sample: healthunlocked.com/cllsuppo...
Looks good. Take your time to study CLL and the new treatment options so when you need them you’ll be up to speed.
The CLL Society web site can be very helpful. The patient power site as well.
See a CLL specialist before any treatment for a second Opinion.
The best results are being seen by the clinical trials. Especially the combo targeted therapy treatments in my opinion. I am on the Venetoclax plus Imbruvica trial.
Be well,

With those counts, I think you will have plenty of time to learn about CLL, and will need it just to learn how to pronounce the names of all of the new treatments coming up.
cllsociety.org and patientpower.info are the links for the sites Hoffy mentioned. Dr. Susan LeClair’s videos on Patient Power, about understanding your labs, are especially helpful when new.
Hey Nick
Welcome to my World, I have a continual drop in counts on all my test this year except for the last one last month were is went up ... DOH!!!
It feels good seeing your counts go down, that means we will be on W&W hopefully for many decades.
If you have cleaned up your diet like I did then that could be a factor, a healthier system will fight CLL more effectively so keep strong and healthy.
At our levels we talk about <1 point movements like Neil and Chris says it could be many factors within that small range,
Keep it LOW Nick ..
I drink 32 ounces of fruits and vegetables a day. Mostly vegetables though, I am going to add 8 more ounces at bedtime.
I eat too a mix of 80/20....the 80 healthy foods the 20 not so healthy.
I'm a culinary supervisor at SeaWorld, the units I watch over are scattered throughout the park which is perfect for me to keep moving. I walk between 20 and 30 thousand steps a day.
I just gotta get more active on my days off.
