Hi I was dignoised with Cll 6 weeks ago I get terrible bloating in stomach and a pain in me back started to day every pain I get I think I am getting tumors

Hi Mobile - it might be that your spleen is enlarged and causing you discomfort

I would advise you to ask your doctor to palpate your spleen and see if he or she can feel it.

I get bloating everyday now as well as mid back pain. My doctor said both can be because of the enlarged spleen and enlarged lymph nodes

I was just diagnosed in March but I can trace it back to 2015 maybe longer

I had all that in the last few years prior to recent treatment, as others have already said it is most likely a result of enlarged nodes internally and specifically enlarged spleen. The spleen is adjacent to the stomach so when it becomes enlarged it presses on the stomach which prevents the stomach from expanding normally with the intake of food, this leads to a feeling of bloating. Probably time to get a CT scan to establish the extent of your lymphadentopathy and splenomegaly as this is just as important as your lymphocyte blood count from the point of view treatment decisions.
