Does anybody else who is on W&W who have enlarged lymph nodes in the lungs and behind the breast bone get a racing heart without exerting one's self. I do have a trace mitral, trace pulmonic and 2+ tricuspid regurgitation which never really bothered me before. I have had this disease for approximately 10 to 11 years.

This is many times just one more of the problems that are seen as we age. Sometimes it can be dealt with with some simple lifestyle choices like reducing caffeine and controlling stress. At other times, your doctor may have to prescribe a medication like a beta blocker.
In any event, with enlarged nodes it should certainly be checked out by your doctor.
I have experiencing similar symptoms for awhile also with similar heart valve diagnosis. Heart rate around 90 to 97 sometimes as low as 87. II too have enlarged lymph nodes along breastbone lungs neck since since duagnosis. I was diagnosed with SLL/CLL 2007 .. still watchful waiting But afraid I’m close to needing treatment: I live here in Melbourne Fl...haven’t found specialist here so have to travel back to NY to see Dr. Kanti Rai. My last visit in November he said we want to go as long as possible without treatment.
Good question. as Cllcanada mentioned, there are some nodes that can cause issues. I know some of my para-aortic nodes are enlarged as well, but as of the scan in September, they weren't causing any issues. Recently, I had some odd sensations of pressure in my neck and up, and got an echocardiogram that came back normal, but still wondering if the nodes are at play here. In the meantime, though, I was able to do a 4.5 mile hike on varied terrain. I agree, though, ask your specialist as well.
