Hi, I'm stuck with approx 50.000 WBC for over 15 years now, no treatment ever, just watch and wait. Anemia is mostly my problem, low RBC counts. Is there a way to help this naturally? My iron is OK!! Thanks to all, Melania

Have you been tested for autoimmune anemia.. AIHA?

It is sometimes is a complicarion of CLL... have a chat with your doctor and see if he wants to run tests...

Also vitamin B 12 levels should be tested by your GP, in case you are deficient. Supplements might work, sublinguals as well, but if you have poor B12 uptake or have switched to a primarily plant based diet, then you might require monthly or bi-weekly injections... I have used them for years and I know to the day when I need my shot... I become deflated...after I'm the Energizer Bunny... 😉

Hi, thanks for the advice! Actually except the CLL, I do also have Hashimoto autoimmune thyroid condition, so I guess one birders the other! So it does make sense. Thank u
