My lab reports came back today with my Lymphocyte count up to. 7.98 K/uL from 6.61 only 5 month ago...My WBC 12.92 compared to 12.21 5 months ago.. Anyone have any thought on this?

Yes, your CLL looks to be boringly stable. CLL specialists don't look at doubling time until the lymphocyte count exceeds 30, because it naturally jumps around. If you didn't have a diagnosis of CLL, a doctor would dismiss such a small change as due to measurement accuracy, natural variations over time and with the time of day. More importantly, how much change is there in your platelets and red blood cells/ haemoglobin? Remember with this chronic condition, it is long term trends that are important...

No worries...ALC counts fluctuate a lot, day to day... rises and falls all the time. In general they aren't CLL related untill the count reached the 30K level, then doctors watch for trends of rising, over time, like months or years... they watch for the counts to double in about 6 months, from say 42K to 88K ... this indicates CLL progression and often, future treatment.

It's a pretty insignificant increase to be honest CLL12345 and in that period of time absolutely nothing to be concerned about if everything else is fine. Very very early stages and that level of variation could even be due to lab calculation differences. No reason for concern with those results. I'd be delighted!
