Hi & welcome, to get right advice though you might need to give a bit more info. For instance, do you have CLL or SLL, are you Stage A or further down the line etc.?

For myself I'm two years in with CLL Stage A (UK terminology) with a fairly low count & I'm currently doing everything I can to keep it this way, by staying as fit & healthy as I can, taking green tea supplements, having flu jabs & trying to keep myself away from getting a serious infection that might accelerate the disease into something more aggressive than it currently is.

I'm seeing my specialist every 9 months & I'll be doing so again soon & hopefully he'll tell me to carry on as I am.

Ok you're much further along the journey than myself, but there are many on here who have been or are where you are & I'm sure they'll be able to give good advice on you're journey forward.

Welcome bulldog123!

My husband has CLL, diagnosed in Feb/16. This is all so new to us still. I can't offer any advice, but I do know you'll find lots of suggestions, information and support here!

Hello and welcome bulldog123 to our community,

I wrote a nice long mail most inappropriate for someone already in treatment, I think it may help if I share that you are already in treatment on Ibrutinib, so that others who have had the same treatment can help.

How long did you have cll before treatment started ?

Very best wishes
