AAli, I guess you've realised from the lack of responses that the online consultation that you're after is probably not possible. Even in the USA, some CLL patients travel large distances to centres of CLL expertise for their regular check ups.

Because a physical examination is so very important in determining the extent of CLL involvement, I think the best that you can hope for is to have your local specialist work with the guidance of a CLL expert and for that you'd really need to see the CLL specialist initially and thereafter regularly. If your CLL is fairly stable, 'regular' might only be once a year or so.
