I have CLL and PV , anyone has thw same condition?

Have CLL , on Ibrutinib 32 months, IGVH unmutated and TP53 mutation.

Last week i have been diagnosed with PV (Jak2 negative , CALR + and BMB confirmation) .

I will switch to Acalabrutinib , get aspirine and plhebotomies if needed by the moment. No Symptons

My Dr says it is rare to have both. Any other people with the two pathologies in the group ?.

Would like to share experiences with other patients having both diseases.

Your saying you have PV but your Jak2 is negative meaning you don’t have PV

you are right.... i have a progressive Myelofibrosys , the final results of the BMB pathology where not finished at the time
