Positive for likely pathogenic mutation in the ATM gene

Dr Rai did a FISH test in Sept. I just saw the results today. One of the pages says "Positive for likely pathogenic mutation in the ATM gene". ATM stands for "ataxia telangiectasia mutated". Has anyone heard of this or does anyone know what this means exactly?

ATM is the gene associated with the 11q- deletions. Perhaps it’s saying that you have the 11q deletion?
