Spleen Enlarging on Venetoclax

I started venetoclax last Wed. I am still on the 20 mg dose. My blood test looked from good yesterday. WBC went from 47000 to 12000. However, today I noticed my spleen has enlarged. It is ubstantially bigger than it was before I started treatment.

Is this to be expected? Has anyone else noticed this with the spleen or lymph nodes? For some reason my lymph nodes have never been enlarged and still aren't.
