Hi Dina

My son also has ALGS and when he was younger his colour changed, sometimes he would look more jaundiced than others. If he was ill with a virus/cold etc he would usually look more yellow. (Jaundice can also look greenish as well as yellow) Skin colour can also look different in different lighting, our kitchen light makes him look jaundiced even now and he's post transplant and his bili is fine!

If you're concerned about it you could have a chat with your liver centre or mention it at your daughter's next appt.

Best wishes, Jo

Thank you a lot for your answer ! Unfortunately liver team just said to come in about a year and do blood tests just once in 3 months ....bili level is still hight, but they say her liver function is stable and I font really know what to do ( how old is your son? When did he have transplant ?
