Have your friends had the organ donation conversation?

We know that as a supporter of Children’s Liver Disease Foundation you know the importance of sharing your organ donation wishes with your family. What we also know is that many others do not. That is why CLDF are running the ‪#‎DonationConversation‬ campaign with 14 other charities. We need your help to spread the word by joining our Thunderclap along with hundreds of others, to send out a loud message to ask people to share their organ donation wishes with their families.
